    My son did homestay 2 times in New Zealand. A teacher of English conversation came from Christchurch and a friend in language study class is studying in Christchurch. I was planning to abroad to have a time to relax. Because of its national character, called Kiwi style, and safety, it was thought that N.Z was the appropriate country for our purpose. I thought that I was used to Kiwi English, but had to repeat "What?" "Pardon me?" many times contrary to my expectation. But we were blessed with weather, could have a magnificent view of Mt. Cook and Milford Sound and took a lot of photographs. I was able to see the Southern Cross, the Magellanic Cloud those were a dream of many years. All the people we met were kind and many Japanese were working hard in New Zealand. We are dreaming to live there in the near future. Click small picture on the map to access where you want.
