270km, 5hours drive from Mt.Cook to Queenstown via Wanaka.
I remembered that I had to refuel just in front of the rental car office. That was my second trial and had no trouble.
Now I mastered how to refuel!

Imagine that you have a box filled with a lot of toys. Upside down the box and pick up what you want to play with. My image of Queenstown is like that, different from Christchurch's quiet image. Everything was colorful and seemed joyful.
We took a motel. Thought the noise coming from the next room disturbed our sleep, the motion of the elevator was painful, washing machines worked like an unruly horse, the location was best just in front of Lake Wakatipu. And front clerks were very friendly.

After confirming the reservation for next day's Milford Sound tour, we went to Japanese restaurant for a supper.
I had Miso-Ramen.
Sometime Japanese restaurant in foreign country serves irresponsible sham Japanese foods.
…I should have a seafoods at a Chinese restaurant.

I declined famous Jet Boat, because there can be like an air sick I had on aircraft from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon before. And it was natural that I passed bangy jump.
Queentown A scene from the top of Bobs hill.
Unfortunately I could not go to the mountaintop by a passing shower, and could not take a photograph from there. Queenstown is a small town, we could walk whole tone in an hour.

Next morning we had to wake up early to go to Milford Sound bus tour. It took 14 hours!. Tough tour.
